Homemade Mayonnaise

Hung curd has twice the amount of protein and half the carbs when compared to normal yogurt. Not just this, the sodium content is also half and is an excellent source of calcium.

Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Grated carrot

Handful of mint leaves

Handful coriander leaves

Salt

Hung curd

Pepper

Any homemade chutney/podi. 


METHOD:

Mix all ingredients in the hung crud. Spread on your choice of bread or wrap and enjoy! You can also store it in a glass box for a week.
