Moringa chutney is like your nuskha for good health—full of iron, calcium, and antioxidants. It helps digestion, keeps your sugar in check, strengthens bones, and even makes your skin and hair glow. Just a spoonful with your meal, and you’ve got a natural multivitamin.
Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mix of moringa and few curry leaves
3 tbsp chana dal
3 tbsp white urad dal
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
10-12 garlic cloves 7-8 dried red chillies
1 tsp tamarind
2 tbsp peanuts
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp hing
Khachi ghani oil
METHOD
Wash moringa and curry leaves and pat dry them in a kitchen towel .
Heat oil in pan and roast garlic, broken, deseeded red chillies and the dals.
Sauté for a min and add peanuts. Roast on low flame till they are aromatic
Now add the moringa and curry leaves and sauté till the leaves are crisp
Switch off the gas, add sesame seeds. Roast them for 2 mins till they start popping. Turn off gas and let everything cool down. Add salt .
Mix everything together. Grind it in mixer and store in glass jar.
It stays good for two months but it’s so delicious that you will finish it sooner!
